The MAKE READY / HEAVY DETAIL CLEANING usually consists of, but is not limited to:

Bathrooms: Heavy cleaning or bleaching of bath tubs, shower stalls, sinks, commodes, clean over head lights, mirrors, counter top polish, glass, floors, grout, chrome & brass fitting, etc.
Cleaning of all over head lights, chandeliers, fixtures, globes, ceiling fan blades & housing, vent covers, etc.
Vacuuming of all carpeting, upholstery, draperies, etc.

Dusting or washing of mini blinds, shutters, vertical blinds
Dusting or polishing all furniture and stained wood paneling
Dusting walls & ceilings for cobwebs & other
Washing of all light switch covers, plug outlets, air vent covers, etc.
Clean & polish all stainless, chrome, brass, for appliances, sinks & other fixtures throughout
NOTE: The above listed detail cleaning chores are what is available, you have the option of any or all depending on your needs.
Wall & Woodwork Washing: Finger prints, smudges, food, oil & grease stains and caked on dirt are all gently lifted and removed from all woodwork such as baseboards, cabinet fronts, doors & door frames, ceiling fans, etc. throughout the house.
Our Special cleaners are tough on grease & grime and will actually leave woodwork with a shine after cleaning without harming painted or finished surfaces. In fact, we can even wash many wall papers with excellent results.
This service is a must for all remodel dust related jobs, and also the removal of cigarette smoke & odors.
NOTE: In many cases, painted wood work which would first appear to be in need of repainting, will actually clean fine, thus eliminating the expense and inconvenience of repainting.
Mini Blind Ultrasonic Surge Cleaning: An almost unbelievable cleaning process which thoroughly cleans mini blinds to look as new again. Cleaning a mini blind is sometimes a very time consuming job for some of the most difficult ones. With our special TRUCK MOUNTED SURGE CLEANING TANKS, the average time to completely clean a mini blind including vanes and cording is less than 3 min. Foreign matter such as food, grease, oil, smoke, etc. is removed safely and quickly. All mini blinds are taken down, cleaned on location, and then reinstalled.
